Hello and welcome back to another happy Monday! I'm happy to have you all here, and hope you can stay a while to admire some of these yummy macarons. (Which by the way are spelled macarons, not macaroons. See why here)
Anyway, sorry for not posting yesterday! I was enjoying the day and couldn't find the time to post. But don't worry, I'll always post consistently and I'll let you know if I take any "blogging breaks"
